30 Minute Sausage Broccoli Mushroom Sheet Pan Meal – Sausage, Broccoli Florets, cauliflower, mushrooms and a great easy dinner recipe that is cooked on one sheet pan for less clean up!

RECIPE IS BELOW IN PRINTABLE RECIPE CARD BUT BLOG POST IS FULL OF “HOW TO MAKE IT”, TIPS, INFORMATION AND FAQ
Sheet pan meals are quick to make and have a super easy clean up, which is why we really love them for weeknight meals.
I also love them because you can change up the flavors and ingredients pretty easily to use what you have on hand to create a meal that your family will love. We’ve made this meal with chicken tenders and I’ve used vegetables like carrots, small diced potatoes, Brussel sprouts, and cubed sweet potatoes.
If you’re going to use potatoes or sweet potatoes, you may want to pre steam them before adding them to the sheet pan to make sure everything roasts in 30 minutes.
While meals like this sheet pan dinner are great on their own, you can also serve them over white rice, jasmine rice or quinoa.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE PLANT BASED SAUSAGAE FOR THIS MEAL 🙂
Due to some new allergies in the household, we made this sheet pan meal using the Beyond Meat, Beyond Sausage which is a plant based sausage link to make this meal AlphaGal safe.
However, you can make this meal with any type of pre-cooked sausages like, Andouille, Italian Sausage, Kielbasa or Bratwust. This 1 pan meal is also great when made with chicken tenders. If you make it with chicken tenders you may need to cook it just a bit longer and you’ll want to make sure the chicken reaches 165°F.
I know that plant based meats can be scary sometimes but I am actually really impressed by the Beyond Meat products so if you decide to make this a vegan or vegetarian meal, that brand is a good option.
