Christmas Haystacks Candy is an old fashioned vintage candy that people around here have been making for decades. This festive and easy Christmas dessert combines chow mein noodles, white chocolate and green coloring together with holiday sprinkles for a super cute treat.
Melt white chocolate bark in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until melted.
When bark is melted, add food coloring until desired color is reached.
Stir in chow mein noodles.
Place spoonfuls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add sprinkles.
Chill and serve
Make sure to use oil based food coloring. Regular food coloring will make chocolate seize.
