These Lucky Charms Cake Mix Cookies are soft, vanilla and full of Lucky Charm Marshmallows. White cake mix if the base for these cookies which makes them super fast to make!

Ingredients

  • 1 box white cake mix (about 18 oz)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows + 1/2 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. 
  2. In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Stir slightly.
  3. Stir in 1 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows
  4. Mix until fully combined.
  5. Drop 2 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls onto a prepared baking sheet. Space each cookie about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove cookies from the oven, while cookie are hot press a few extra marshmallows into the tops of the cookies and let cool on a wire cooling rack.
  8. *Cookies will be SUPER soft, let cool a bit before moving to cooling rack*
