Summer Time Pool Party Brownies

These adorable Summer Time Pool Party Brownies are just perfect for any summer party! Little teddy graham bears relax on their airhead beach blankets and float around in their gummy life rafts on this perfect summer day!

Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix*
  • 1/4 Cup Water
  • 2/3 Cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can blue colored vanilla frosting
  • Crushed graham crackers
  • Mini Teddy Graham Crackers
  • Gummy LifeSavers
  • Mini Airheads Xtremes Bites
  • Mini Toothpick Umbrellas

Instructions

  1. Prepare a 9x9 or 8x8 baking pan with foil or baking spray.
  2. Mix all brownie mix ingredients (eggs, oil, water and mix), together until smooth.
  3. Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until brownies are done.
  4. Once brownies are cooled, remove from pan and cut into squares.
  5. Use the blue frosting and a large start tip to create the waves over the brownies.
  6. Add some of the crushed graham crackers to the edges of some of the brownies to create beach area.
  7. Place mini graham crackers into some of the Gummy LifeSavers and place them into the "water".
  8. Lay out 2 Mini Airheads Xtremes Bites on the "sand" to create beach blankets for the teddy grahams.
  9. Place Mini Toothpick Umbrellas into "beaches".
