How to make Blood Splatter Donuts:
Start with premade or homemade donuts! Donuts from the donut shop or the grocery store will work fine for this recipe.
- Making the donut glaze
In a medium size bowl add the powdered sugar and half of the milk.
Add more milk and stir until a dippable consistency is achieved.
Dip tops of donuts into glaze and set on a wire rack.
- Making the blood splatter
Pour some of the red food coloring into a bowl and use a spoon or your fingers to flick red blood splatter over donuts.
I know this is weird advice haha but I found that the best looking blood splatter was achieved when I dipped my middle finger into the red food coloring and flicked it towards the donut with my thumb.
