Ingredients For Smore Popcorn Snack Mix:

- Golden grahams cereal – adds that classic s’more crunch
- Mini marshmallows – soft, sweet, and totally nostalgic
- Milk Chocolate Chips – of course we need chocolate for s’mores
- Chocolate Candy Melts – for that melty, chocolatey goodness and to hold it all together

I used Milk Chocolate Chips but you can also use semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Sometimes when it comes to Semihomemade recipe that use packaged foods to create meals, the brands of items can make or break a dish. I don’t think this ALWAYS happens but I do know that not all packaged items are created equally.
Popped popcorn – I used Jolly Time Yellow Popcorn Kernels from the Dollar Tree.
Golden grahams cereal – The Golden Grahams Brand Cereal
Mini marshmallows – I used Jet-Puff miniature marshmallows
Milk Chocolate Chips – I used the Target brand milk chocolate chips
Chocolate Candy Melts – for the candy melts, I used the Sweet Tooth Fairy® Meltables
Graham Crackers – Honey Made brand is what I used

Tips, Tricks, and Variations
Holiday idea: Add red and green sprinkles for Christmas, pastel candy for Easter, or candy corn for Halloween.
Make it a mix-in bar: Let kids or guests add their own toppings like crushed cookies, sprinkles, or peanut butter chips.
Use white chocolate: For a fun twist, drizzle with white chocolate or a combo of milk and dark.
Add sea salt: A light sprinkle of flaky sea salt takes this over the top.

Store your snack mix in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For gifting, scoop it into clear treat bags, tie with ribbon, and attach a cute tag. It’s a great homemade favor or sweet surprise for friends and neighbors.

FAQs Section :
Can I make this snack mix ahead of time?
Yes! This mix can be made up to 3 days in advance. Store it in an airtight container at room temperature. For best texture, avoid refrigerating—it can make the popcorn chewy.
What kind of popcorn should I use?
You can use any plain or lightly salted popcorn—microwave, bagged, or air-popped. Avoid heavily buttered popcorn as it can make the mix greasy.
Can I use a different cereal instead of Golden Grahams?
Golden Grahams are ideal because they mimic graham crackers, but you can substitute with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, graham cracker pieces, or even Teddy Grahams for a fun twist.
Can I add other ingredients?
Absolutely! This recipe is super flexible. Try adding crushed graham crackers, white chocolate chips, caramel bits, or even pretzels for a salty crunch.
