Once the cake is slices, serve as is OR it’s also perfect with whipped cream or ice cream!
I also added some cute fall leave sprinkles to decorate this little cake but it’s perfectly fine without them. You could also sprinkle on a but of cinnamon or pumpkin spice over the whipped cream before serving.
I like this cake served at room temperature but I know a lot of people like to have it warmed up before serving.

Pumpkin Dump Cake FAQ

1. If I can’t find pumpkin cake mix or spice cake, what can I use? If you can’t find those cake mixes, you can also use yellow cake mix.

2. I can’t find pumpkin puree, what can I do? I know that sometimes there is a pumpkin puree shortage. First, make sure you’re looking for “Pure Pumpkin” because sometimes it’s not listed as “Pumpkin Puree”. Also, if that is all gone, you can make your own pumpkin puree using this method here.
3. Can I make other flavors of dump cakes? I haven’t made any others but I plan on it! Cherry Dump Cakes, Bluberry Dump Cake, Apple Dump
