Strawberries are one of my favorite summer fruits! We love to go strawberry picking and we love turning them into all kinds of desserts. Not only do we love fresh summer strawberries, but strawberry pie filling is high on the list too!

How to make Semi Homemade Strawberry Crisp:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Open cans of strawberry filling and pour them into a 9 x 13 cake pan.

In a bowl, combine the white cake mix, sugar and butter.

Mix until combined and crumbly.

Sprinkle crumble topping over strawberry pie filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Let Cool before serving as pie filling will firm up as it thickens. Pie filling WILL BE VERY JIGGLY when it first comes out of the oven.

I love to serve this with fresh strawberries and scoops of vanilla ice cream! This would also be great topped with homemade whipped cream or cool whip.
