Aren’t these little pool time brownies just the cutest! Perfect for decorating with the kids and for any summer time party.
We’re dressing up a batch of easy brownies and giving them summer time relaxation vibes!
With a little bit of blue frosting for water, crushed cookies for sand and some candy, these little Teddy Bears are on their way to vacation fun.
What kind of brownies should I use for these?
I used boxed brownie mix to bake the brownies for this cute little summer dessert but you could use a homemade brownie recipe or premade brownies for these.

How to make Summer Time Pool Party Brownies:

Prepare a 9×9 or 8×8 baking pan with foil or baking spray. I like to use foil and spray it!

Mix all brownie mix ingredients (eggs, oil, water and mix), together until smooth.

Pour into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until brownies are done.

Once brownies are cooled, remove from pan and cut into squares.

Use the blue frosting and a large start tip to create the waves over the brownies.

Add some of the crushed graham crackers to the edges of some of the brownies to create beach area.

Lay out 2 Mini Airheads Xtremes Bites on the “sand” to create beach blankets for the teddy grahams.

Place mini graham crackers into some of the Gummy LifeSavers and place them into the “water”.

Place Mini Toothpick Umbrellas into “beaches”.
