These little pizza cookies are mini version of my favorite Fruit Pizza that I make during the summer! While I love making the huge version, there is just something pretty dang cute about little mini fruit pizzas!
I also love the fact that this recipe is semi homemade and don’t need the oven. No one wants to heat up the kitchen during the summer.

How to make Mini Fruit Pizzas:
- Cookies!
Remove cookies from package and line them up on a serving tray
- Frosting time.
Use a butter knife and spread the frosting over the cookies just like sauce for a pizza.
- Fruit arrangement
Add sliced fruit to the tops of each cookie pizza.
- Serve
Serve soon after making as the fruit juice will start to seep out onto the frosting after a few hours.

1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered Sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
In a medium mixing bowl, mix the cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Spread over cookies.

Mini Fruit Pizzas

- 6 large strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
