Pudding pops are so easy to make and I love making them to stock the freezer with. Not only are they easy to make but I really love the fact that pudding pops can be made with any flavor of pudding.
So if you’re not a chocolate banana lover, like me, you can still make these just by changing up the pudding flavors.
I started making pudding pops at home about 12 years ago and have loved experimenting with the flavors out there. Rainbow pudding pops, banana pudding pops, chocolate pudding pops, vanilla pudding pops, coconut pudding pops….

How to make Chocolate Banana Pudding Pops:

In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and 2 cups cold milk.
Whisk until it starts to thicken. -
In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups cold milk.
Whisk until it starts to thicken. -
Layer banana and chocolate pudding into popsicle mold.
Add popsicle sticks. -
Stick into freezer for 6 hours or until frozen.

Help release popsicles from mold once frozen by running the rides of the popsicle mold under hot water for 30 seconds or so until easy to remove.

You can! I’ve made these pudding pops with regular pudding and sugar free pudding.
I always use whole milk to make pudding pops at home.
I only use pudding mix and milk for these pudding pops! Super easy!
Homemade pudding pops that have been wrapped well will last in the freezer for about 3 months.

Ingredients
- 3.4 ounce box dry instant banana pudding mix
- 3.4 ounce box dry instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4 cups cold milk
Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together banana pudding mix and 2 cups cold milk.
Whisk until it starts to thicken.
In another bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and 2 cups cold milk.
Whisk until it starts to thicken.
Layer banana and chocolate pudding into popsicle mold.
Add popsicle sticks.
Stick into freezer for 6 hours or until frozen.
Notes
- You can use regular or sugar free pudding. I've tried it with both.
- Whole milk works best for these pudding pops
- To make the layers prettier, use a piping bag filled with the pudding to fill the popsicle molds.
