Take your favorite chocolate sandwich cookie and turn it into a sweet old Santa Claus with these directions for Easy Santa Oreo Cookies!

Recipe At Bottom of Post
I’ve been making Snowman Oreos for a few years around the holidays but last year I decided to change it up a bit and make some Easy Santa Oreo Cookies! I love how they came out! I used the original chocolate Oreos for some of the Santa faces and Golden Oreos for some of them. I think the chocolate ones are the best haha. The golden ones all came out grumpy looking haha.
What you’ll need for Easy Santa Oreo Cookies:
- Regular Oreos and Golden Oreo Cookies
- Red candy melts
- White candy melts or white almond bark
- Small round red sprinkles

Ingredients
- Regular Oreos and Golden Oreo Cookies
- Red candy melts
- White candy melts or white almond bark
- Small round red sprinkles
- Small candy eyes
- Sanding sugars
Instructions
In a microwave-safe bowl melt white candy melts according to package directions.
Add some of the melted white chocolate to a piping bag or sandwich bag. On a sheet of wax paper or parchment paper, pipe small white round drops, smaller than an American dime.
Sprinkle each one with sanding sugars while white chocolate is wet. Let dry and harden.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt more white candy melts according to package directions.
Dip each Oreo cookie 1/2 way into the melted white chocolate and lay on a piece of parchment paper or wax paper.
Use some of the white chocolate to glue candy eyes and nose into cookies for Santa's face.
Use a toothpick to swirl the white for the beard as well.
Let white chocolate harden.
In a microwave-safe bowl melt red candy melts according to package.
Dip the tops of the Oreo cookies to the eyes in the red to make a hat. Let red candy melts harden.
Add a white hat brim with some of the white chocolate and sanding sugars. Use white melting chocolate to glue a sanding sugar dot to the side of the hat for a Santa hat ball.
Let Oreos sit for about 30 minutes to harden and dry.
