We love holidays but sometimes the holiday candy can get a little overwhelming. What do you do with all of this leftover candy? Of course you can eat it but sometimes it just seems like there is too much candy to just eat.
So that is where these cookies come into play! I love to make these and send them off to work with my husband and to the urgent care where my sister in law works. These are fun to make with my toddler and it helps get holiday candy out of my house. A win win for us and a win win for the people getting free cookies.
What you’ll need for Leftover Candy Cookies:
- chocolate cake mix
- eggs
- vegetable oil
- chopped candy
How to make Leftover Candy Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350F.
In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and oil. Mix until fully combined.
Stir in 3/4 cup of the chopped candies.

Drop 2 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls onto a prepared baking sheet, spacing each cookie about 2 inches apart.
Press the rest of the chopped candy bits into the tops of the cookie dough.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove cookies from the oven and let cool on a wire cooling rack.

- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup chopped candy
Instructions
