This is such a cute little St Patrick’s Day treat to make with kids. My 4 year old and I put this together over the weekend and he had a blast adding all of the white chocolate and sprinkles.

How to make Easy Leprechaun Bait Snack Mix:

Pour Lucky Charms cereal on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicon mat.

Melt White Chocolate according to package directions.
Pour Melted White Chocolate over cereal and stir to coat. -
Spread into 1 layer on pan.

Sprinkle with candies and sprinkles.

Let sit about 10 minutes to harden.

Break into pieces.

Snack on or bag up for friends and family.

You can use any kind of sprinkles for this snack. I picked these Rainbow Sprinkles from FacneySprinkles.com and I used from Star Sprinkles like these that I picked up from a store in town.

Nope! It is just the name. If you can’t find white chocolate almond bark you can also use white chocolate candy melts.
