We know pasta is a favorite of mine and cheese is always a hit in our household! So it would make sense that a cheese pasta recipe would show up here!
We’re adding three cheeses to this recipe and we’re using alfredo sauce here too. I love alfredo sauce but make sure if you’re using a jarred sauce that it is a jarred alfredo sauce that you actually like. Some jarred alfredo sauces are just awful so make sure it’s a good one. We personally like Prego and Bertolli Alfredo sauce in the jar.

How to make Three Cheese Pasta Bake:
Time needed: 45 minutes
- Cook the pasta
Bring a salted pot of water to a boil and add pasta.
Cook pasta for 12-14 minutes -
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a mixing bowl, add cooked pasta, Alfredo sauce, and sour cream.
Stir until pasta is coated. -
Spray 9 x 13 pan with oil and add half of the pasta mixture.

In another mixing bowl combine cottage cheese, parmesan, eggs and 1 tablespoon of parsley. Mix until combined.

Pour mixture over the pasta in the pan. Add remaining pasta on top.

Spread mozzarella cheese and parsley over the pasta

Bake in the oven on 350F for 25 minutes.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
