Chicken Caesar Wraps – A quick and easy meal that is ready in about 10 minutes. Fill wrap and roll for a kid friendly or adult loved lunch or dinner! Great with grilled chicken or fried chicken tenders.

We use to have a restaurant here called HAMS, that served the best Chicken Caesar Wraps. My go-to order was a Chicken Caesar Wrap with homemade floppy chips and ranch! However, as it seems to happen with all the restaurants we love (like my beloved Rockola!), HAMS closed down all of their locations.
Now we do have a pizza place downtown that makes ok, Chicken Caesar Wraps but I tend to make them at home more now. You know, like my own grilled chicken caesar salad in a wrap.
I know there are other ways to make Chicken Caesar Wraps, and you could add things like croutons and tomatoes but this is how I make Homemade Chicken Caesar Wraps. I hope you like them and love how easy they are.

Which Brands Did I Use For These Chicken Caesar Wraps?
Sometimes when it comes to Semihomemade recipe that use packaged foods to create meals, the brands of items can make or break a dish. I don’t think this ALWAYS happens but I do know that not all packaged items are created equally.
Burrito flour tortillas – We normally use La Banderita® Burrito | 10″ Flour Tortillas.
Chopped romaine lettuce – Just whatever the grocery store is carrying
Caesar Dressing – If I don’t make my own homemade Caesar Dressing, I love to use Ken’s Steakhouse, Creamy Caesar Dressing
Cooked diced chicken – You can use any leftover chicken, but to make these super easy, I like to use the Perdue Grilled Chicken Strips or the Tyson Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips.
Grated parmesan cheese – Recently I’ve been loving the Sartori Shredded Parmesan Cheese.

How To Make Chicken Caesar Wraps:
-
Start by making the “salad”. Add romaine lettuce and dressing to a large bowl and toss together.
I only add the dressing to my lettuce but you can also add some extra black pepper if you really love it and want to taste the flavor of the pepper more. -
I like to make it easier to roll, microwave tortilla for 30 seconds. You don’t HAVE to do this, but it does make the wrap roll easier.
-
Lay tortilla onto a flat surface.
-
For each wrap, spoon out 1 cup lettuce into middle of tortilla. Or towards end closest to you.
-
Add cooked chicken.
-
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
-
Roll tortilla up like a burrito, long side up and over filling and end sides in.

What Kind of Chicken Should I Use For Homemade Chicken Caesar Wraps?
You can really use any kind of chicken for these. I prefer grilled chicken for my Chicken Caesar Wraps. However, you could also dice up fried chicken tenders for Chicken Caesar Wraps as well.
Leftover rotisserie chicken is great but you can also grab the refrigerated Perdue Grilled Chicken Strips or the frozen Tyson Cooked Grilled Chicken Breast Strips. Heat those up in the microwave in like 3-4 minute and you’re ready to get rolling!
