Lucky Charms has been one of my favorite cereals since I was little. So I decided to combine that love of Lucky Charms and my love of easy semi homemade cake mix cookies and serve up this fun, easy treat!
I love making cake mix cookies with my 4 year old because they’re super simple to make and he can measure and mix everything himself!

- 1 box white cake mix (about 18 oz)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows + 1/2 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows

How to make Lucky Charms Cookies:

Preheat the oven to 350F.

In a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and vanilla extract. Stir slightly.

Stir in 1 cup Lucky Charm Marshmallows

Mix until fully combined.

Drop 2 tablespoon sized cookie dough balls onto a prepared baking sheet. Space each cookie about 2 inches apart.

Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven, while cookie are hot press a few extra marshmallows into the tops of the cookies and let cool on a wire cooling rack.
*Cookies will be SUPER soft, let cool a bit before moving to cooling rack*

Frequently Asked Questions
You should be able to. I’ve only made these Lucky Charm cookies with white cake mix but I’m sure yellow cake mix or Funfetti cake mix would work perfectly too.
You don’t have to use them. You can use any kind of Dehydrated Marshmallow bits but I think the Lucky Charms ones are super pretty!
