- Green apples: Choose firm and crisp green apples for the base of your Frankenstein pops. These will provide the perfect texture and taste for this Halloween treat. You’ll need 1 apple for 2 pops.
- Lollipop sticks: These sticks will be the handle for your Frankenstein pops, allowing for easier eating and a fun presentation. You can find lollipop sticks in the baking aisle or online.
- Candy eyeballs: These little edible eyes will give your Frankenstein pops their spooky and playful look. Look for candy eyeballs in the baking section or decorative aisle of your local store.
- Chocolate coating: You’ll need chocolate or black candy melts for dipping your apple slices and making the details.
- Green candy melts: These candy wafers will be used to create the iconic green Frankenstein face on your apple pops. Find green candy melts in the baking aisle or specialty candy stores.
- Parchment paper: To prevent your Frankenstein pops from sticking to the surface, line your baking sheet with parchment paper. This will make it easier to remove the pops once they’re hardened.

Green apples– any brand will work, you’ll want large ones. You can get about 2 pops per apple.
