Copycat Disney Mickey Pumpkin Caramel Apples are super cute and perfect for anyone that loves Disney and Halloween!

I love the chocolate caramel apples at Disney World! They’re so cute and creative, plus I lov how they change with the seasons and holidays!
So since I love Disney and their caramel chocolate apples, I thought I’d make my own homemade version of Disney’s Mickey Pumpkin Chocolate Caramel Apple.
Ingredients For Mickey Pumpkin Caramel Apples:
- 6-9 green apples
- Caramel Apple Kit*
- Orange Candy Melts
- Green Candy Melts
I found my caramel apple kit at Kroger but you can also find products like the Caramel Apple Wrappers or use a recipe like this one for Homemade Caramel Sauce for Caramel Apples.
Ingredient amounts and entire recipe directions in recipe card below with print option!
How To Make Mickey Pumpkin Caramel Apples:
-
Wash and dry apples.
-
Use Caramel Kit directions or homemade caramel recipe to make caramel and dip apples.
-
Let Caramel completely set and cool on apples before moving onto next step.
-
Cut 1/4 off of bottom of large marshmallow and stick to top of apple to look like Mickey’s ear.
-
Do the same to the other side. The sticky marshmallow will stick to the caramel and apple.
-
Melt Orange candy melts according to package directions.
-
Dip apple in melted orange candy melts. You may need a spoon to help spoon melted candy melts over apple.
-
Tap off excess. Sit on parchment paper and let chocolate harden.
-
Melt green candy melts according to package directions.
-
Let cool slightly and pour into a piping bag.
-
Snip end and pipe pumpkin vines onto Mickey Pumpkin apples.
-
Let chocolate harden.
