Fruit Cobblers and Fruit Crisps are so easy to make and that is why I really love them for dessert. I started off making apple crisps for holidays and now I’ve expanded my cobbler/crisp recipe box to things like Patriotic Cobbler, Easy Peach Crisp, Caramel Apple Crisp and this perfect summer blueberry crisp!
This cobbler/crisp is a semi homemade version of the Blueberry Dump Cake From Scratch recipe that I posted over on BigBearsWife.com.

How to make Semi Homemade Blueberry Crisp:

Preheat oven to 350F.

Open cans of blueberry filling and pour them into a 9 x 13 cake pan.

In a bowl, combine the white cake mix, sugar and butter.

Mix until combined and crumbly.

Sprinkle crumble topping over blueberry pie filling.

Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.

Let Cool before serving as pie filling will firm up as it thickens. Pie filling WILL BE VERY JIGGLY when it first comes out of the oven.

I love to serve this with fresh blueberries and scoops of vanilla ice cream! This would also be great topped with homemade whipped cream or cool whip.
