Ingredients For Buffalo Chicken Ranch Salad Wraps:
- burrito flour tortillas
- chopped romaine lettuce
- Ranch dressing
- buffalo sauce
- cooked diced fried chicken tenders*
- small tomato, diced
- shredded cheese
*You can cook up some grilled chicken for this recipe but I love using frozen chicken tenders and heating them up in the air fryer for this wrap

Which Brands Did I Use For These Buffalo Chicken Ranch Salad Wraps?
Sometimes when it comes to Semihomemade recipe that use packaged foods to create meals, the brands of items can make or break a dish. I don’t think this ALWAYS happens but I do know that not all packaged items are created equally.
Burrito flour tortillas– We normally use La Banderita® Burrito | 10″ Flour Tortillas.
Chopped romaine lettuce– Just whatever the grocery store is carrying
Ranch dressing– If I don’t make my own homemade ranch dressing, I love to use Ken’s Steakhouse Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
Buffalo sauce – I really love to make my own buffalo sauce but I also like the Moore Buffalo Wing Sauce.
Cooked, diced fried chicken tenders– You can use any leftover chicken, but to make these super easy, I like to use the Tyson Air Fried Chicken Breast Nuggets.
Small tomato, diced – any will do! Farmers market or garden fresh will always taste best.
Grated cheese – we used a shredded mix of Colby jack and cheddar cheese

How To Make Buffalo Chicken Ranch Salad Wraps:

Make sure everything is fresh and ready to go.

Start with the chicken and buffalo sauce.
In a bowl, combine the diced chicken chicken tenders with about 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce -
Toss the chicken until it is evenly coated in the spicy goodness. Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce according to your personal preference for heat.

Wash and dry the romaine lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.

In a separate bowl, combine the chopped lettuce with the ranch dressing, tossing until the lettuce is well coated.
- Assemble the Wrap:
Lay out the whole wheat wraps on a clean surface.
To make it easier to roll, microwave tortilla for 30 seconds. -
For each wrap, spoon out 1 cup lettuce into middle of tortilla. Or towards end closest to you.

Add the buffalo chicken mixture onto each wrap, spreading it evenly across the surface.

Add diced tomatoes on top of the chicken.

Top the chicken with a generous shredded cheese.

Roll up the wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Cut the wrap in half diagonally if desired or serve it whole.
No matter how you choose to serve them, garnishing the wraps can take their presentation to the next level. Consider adding a sprinkle of freshly chopped parsley or cilantro on top for a burst of freshness. A drizzle of extra buffalo sauce or ranch dressing can also add an extra layer of flavor for those who crave a bit more kick.

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Salad Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 large burrito flour tortillas
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
- 2 cups cooked diced fried chicken tenders*
- 1 small tomato, diced
- 4 tablespoons shredded cheese
Instructions
- Add chopped chicken tenders to a bowl. Add buffalo sauce and toss.
- Add romaine lettuce and dressing to a large bowl and toss together.
- To make it easier to roll, microwave tortilla for 30 seconds.
- Lay tortilla onto a flat surface.
- For each wrap, spoon out 1 cup lettuce into middle of tortilla. Or towards end closest to you.
- Add buffalo chicken.
- Add on diced tomatoes
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese
- Roll tortilla up like a burrito, long side up and over filling and end sides in.
- Slice in half and serve.
